Miu Ethel Lee Jenkins died in University hospital. Charoltteaville, Sunday morning, August 12. •t 8:30 o'clock* After several months of illness, she was removed to the hospital Saturday morning. She developed pneumonia.. |
Miss Jenkins was born October 24, 1*10, near Washington, a daughter of Saint P. Jenkins and Mrs. Vinie Burke Jenkins. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Clarence .. R. Racer, with whom she resided, and a niece, Mrs. Donald L. Glick of McGaheysville. ? I*- Miss Jenkins had been employed as treasurer fit the PMA for tht past six years.
Funeral services were conducted from the home onBlueRidge avenue in Washington, Monday, August 13, with Rev. M. E. Sliger officiating. Active pallbearers were Earl Yancey, Paul Miller, D. Lyle Miller, Jr., James W. Fletcher, Ashby Wayland, and Dr. John P. Snead. Many friends aerv. ed as honorary pallbearers.

M. Kline, and Mr. and Mrs, Leslie Kline of Manassas.
