EXTRACT from a decree of the Circuit Court of said County entered in the above entitled cause on the 81st day of July, 1951: • “Upon consideration whereof the Court doth hereby ADJUDGE ORDER and DECREE that this cause foe and the same hereby is referred to James M. Settle, Mas-, ter Commissioner in Chancery of this Court, with direction to take-, state and forthwith report an account showing the following:
1. Who would be the heirs and distributees of Aubrey Lee Latham, were he dead, and who are the persons who are or can be interested in this suit and whether or not all such persons are properly before the Court in this cause.
2. All of the estate, real and personal of Aubrey Lee Latham.
3. Whether or not it would be to the advantage of the said insane defendant to have a sale of the said real estate described in this cause and an investment of the proceeds of such a sale.
4. Whether ihe right of any person would be violated by a sale of said .real estate.
5. If there should be a sale, whether the offers, or either of them, of the said Harrison C. Colket for the real estate of the insane defendant should be accepted.
6. If not, how should a sale be made.' ■
7. The taxes due on said real estate, the liens against the same -and their -priorities.-— - 8. The fee simple and annual rental value of said real estate.
9. What will be a fair compensation to be ‘allowed to the counsel for complainant out of the proceeds of the sale of said land for instituting and conducting this suit
10. Any matter which may be deemed pertinent by the Commissioner or required to be stated by any party in interest. -
And the said Commissioner shall give notice of the time and place of the execution of this order by publication thereof once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in Rappahannock County, Virginia, which publication shall be equivalent to personal notice to all parties in interest, - - - .....

The parties in the above entitled cause will take notice that on the 24tK day of August, 1951, between the hours of 10:90 o’clock A.M. and 5:00 o’clock P.M., at my office in the Town of Washington; Virginia, I will proceed to execute the above decree, when and where they are required to attend with such books, papers, vouchers and evidence aa twill enable ..me to comply with the order of said Court. If for any cause the proceedings be not commenced, or if commenced, be not concluded on said date, the same will be adjourned from day to day, at the same time and place, between the same hours, until the same shall be completed.
