' / ' *V - There hare been three aaaembly programs at R.C.H.S. this session. On September 4, the first day of school, announcements were made to the high school. Two new rulings were explained to the group. One, by order of the school board, that there' would be no student can parked ott the school ground. On account of traffic congestions at the school, this ruling has relieved a great deal of the presaure. The second, that there ' would be a 8-minute bell between classes, at tin end of which time each pupil is required to he in his classroom. This has eliminated much lagging, confusion in the halls, and has brourht about a
