Dies At Hint HiU Home
Robert Burgess Rust, 69, prominent orchardist, died st his home in Flint Hill on Sunday night, October 28, following a period of declining health.
Mr. Rust, a native of Front Royal, was the son of the late Class Rust and Mrs. Gertrude Weaver Rust, of Front Royal. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Mrs, Lelia Cowles Rust; two sons and tow daughters, John Andrew Rust of Greenville, S.C., Robert B. Rust, Jr., of Lexington, Ky., Miss Virginia Rust of Washington, D.C*, and Mrs. Mary Lou Naiswald of Alexandria; and two brothers and a sister, George and John Rust of Kansas City, Mo., and (Mrs. Brooks Smith of Greenville.
Graveside funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock in Prospect Hill cemetery, Front Royal, by his pastor, - M*. JL-Sliger of- flint HiU, and Rev. Paul 'Stagg of Front Royal.
Pallbearers were J. S. Browning, W. A. Miller, Brue Wood, W. A. Moor*, Bill Williams, and Lewis J. Turner.
