Virginia’s 1961 delegation to the National 4-H Club Congress in Chicago -will leave for the “windy city” and five days of the traditional Congress activities the day after Thanksgiving.
Headquarters will be at the ' Stevens' Hotel, and the program is a close schedule of luncheons, dinners, recognition events, and tours. The delegates will tour such places as museum of natural history, and museum of science and industry. They also will-attend the horse show and the International Livestock Exposition.
