At a meeting of the Board of Supervisors o f Rappahannock County, held at the Court House of said County on Wednesday, July 2/1952.

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, by order entered July 7, 1J48, agreed to pay to the Game Warden of the County the sum of Fifty Dollars per mpnth out of the Dog Tax Fund for investigating sheep and fowl claims and making report thereof to the Board, and

WHEREAS, it now appears that there are insufficient funds in the Dog Tax Fund to continue said payments to the Game Warden for sajd. ser> ioof* THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Board that the monthly "Tpayments~ to said Game Warden for such investigations be discontinued until further order of the Board, or until such time as funds are available in the Dog Tax Fund to continue the monthly payments aforesaid for such service. This matter to be again brought to the attention of the Board when and if funds are available in the Dog Tax Fund to continue the investigations aforesaid.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons having sheep, lambs or fowls killed by dogs shall present their clairris to the Board for payment, and prove such claims by competent witnesses. '

The Clerk of this Board is directed to have this Resoluion published in the Rappahannock News for two weeks. »
