Comdr. Keyser Appointed

—•Recently arriving at the San Diego Naval Station to assume the important assignment of Supply Officer was Commander Charles H. Keyser, whose last duty station was at the Commander Keyser is an Annapolis Naval Mine Depot, YorIctdwh, Va. man, graduating with the class of 1933. He has served aboard the USS Maryland, Destroyer Division 29, the USS Regulqs (AK 14) and USS Quincy (CA 71). The new Supply Officer was serving aboard the Regulus when we in at the Great Lakes Naval Training entered World War II. He reported stationed there until September 1943 Station in August 1942, and was when he went aboard the Quincy' when that ship was fitting out.
