The Shenandoah Basebal League opens its 1954 season in Rappahannock County with two member teams, Rappahannock Co. Volunteer Fire Companies’ and Flint Hill Volunteer ■ Deparment's, meeting on the Flint ' Hill field Sunday afternoon at 3 o’clock.

A true list of the players for Rappahannock has been turned in by _Mahlon* Ramev, manager of this team. The players for Rappahannock combined companies’ team are Milton M. Hawkins, Jr., Jackie Sisk, Harold Brown, C. H. Brown, Strother Brown, Charles Dodson, George R. Clater, Robert S. Clatter, Isaac M. Clater, Jimmie Waylaid, Ned Settle, Edward Clark, Newbill Miller, James Settle, Robert ^ Settle and Elmer Foster. No list has .been received from1 the manager of the Flint Hill team.
