The Missionary Society met with Miss Sis Johnson on Wednesday and discussed the Building Fund. Mr.. C. W. Hawkins will begin work on the new Baptist church Tuesday, to replace the one destroyed by the cyclone last year. Those /present at the Missionary meeting were Mrs. Charles Fox, C. W. Colier, Misses Sallie and Mary Updike, Mesdames C. W. Browning, Lewis Browning, L. B. Barber, R. M. Johnson, J. Hill O’Bannon, Miss Ethel Long and Rev. and Mrs.. P. H. Chelf.
