.John C. Adams, son of Mrs. Matilda J. Walker and grandson of Mrs. John Clark, of Washing--" ton, will become a jdoctor of dental medicine at graduation ceremonies of the University of Oregon Dental School in Portland, today, Thursday, June 17.
His successful completion of the four-year dentistry course at, the state school was announced this week by Dean Harold J. Noyes. This class comprises 66 men-and one woman. . ^j While taking two years of predental education at Eastern Oretwf College in La Grande, Mr. Adams was initiated into Theta Delto Phi, an honorary National Society for men. He later attended one term at Oregon State College at Corvallis, followed by his four years at the University of Oregon Dental School. There he was further honored by being elected president of Psi Omega. a National Dental Fraternity.
Mr. Adams is a graduate of Washington High School. Follow- . graduation, he served in the U^S. Navy for several years.
