All that tract or parcel of land lying and being approximately five miles North of the town of Woodville, on the South side of State Secondary Route No. 620 leading from Five Forks to the Thornton River, containing 20 acres more or less, and has a valuable six-room dwelling house with electricity therein. The farm has a bam and necessary outbuildings, an apple orchard thereon and overlooks the Thornton River. v ■. ^
