Farmers who had no wheat for 5 grain during the past three years and who want to plant wheat for harvest in 1955, must file an application for a “new farm” wheat allotment with the county Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation office. The last date for filing application for new farm wheat allotment is June 30, 1954, Mr. Barksdale County ASC Chairman, said.#
He explained that new farms, for allotment purposes, are those, on which no wheat was harvested as grain in any of the past threeyears—1952, 1953, and 1954.
