Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily* attended the Ketocton

Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily* attended the Ketocton Association . which met with the* Primitive Baptist Church in Remington, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They were overnight guests Friday of Mrs. James Frazier at Warrenton. Saturday night they spent with Mrs. Blanche Lunsford at Summer Duck. Over night guests on' Thursday of Elder and Mrs. Daily were Mrs. Mary Fers, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Rafferty and’ their three children of Detroit, Michigan. Guests this week in the Daily home are Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Culley, of Rupert, Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. Edmunds Hargett^ of Enfield, 111. On Sunday afternoon, Elder Daily conducted funeral services for the late James Utz who, died very suddenly at Brightwood.

Mrs. Joseph B. Johnson and .her daughter, Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer were luncheon guests on Friday of their daughter and sis- <• ter, Mrs. Gordon Payne, who was entertaining in honor of her house guest, Miss Nancy Keene of New York. On Sunday the Payne family accompanied their guest to her home in Summit Point, West Va., where they were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Keene. Enroute to their home in Madison Sunday afternoon, they stopped for a short visit with Mr. and Mrs. J. B.— Johnson, who also had as their guests for the day Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Johnson Jr., of Arlington. «•

Guests during the week end of Mrs. Annie Taylor Bruce in the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. Ei Brown were Mrs. Haywood Griffith and two children, Linda and Peggy Leigh, Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Bruce of Front Royal, Mrs. Lewis Moore and her daughter, Dorothy Moore.

Mrs. Catherine Brown and her daughter and son, Shirley and Julian Brown, who spent last .week with her son and daughter-1 in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roy White in Winchester are guests this week of her daughter, Mrs. Charles E. Payne and Mr. Payne in Arling- - ton.
