This is why it is urgent that you come to the Rappahannock Blood Bank at the Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, Friday, October 29 and give of your blood. Rappahannock County has never met its quota in the Blood Bank. Yet each year, citizens draw from this Bank. This year they have drawn much more than was given through the Blood Bank.

“Brownie” Troop
Organizes In County
A Brownie Scout Troop, designed for girls in the third and fourth grades, has been organized for interested youths in the Washington vicinity. Mrs. E. M. Jones is Scout Leader with Mrs. George Davis, Mrs. R. V. Snead and Mrs. John Frizzell serving on the troop committee. ^ ■
The ten Brownies present at Tuesday’s meeting along with the leader have selected as their first project “pressing and identifying some of the autumn foliage.”
This troop, which is sponsored by the Women's Auxiliary to the Trinity Episcopal Church, will meet with Mrs. Jones each Tuesday at 4 o’clock. All girls interested in joining the troop are welcome to attend these meetings.
