The object of the above styled suit is to Obtain a Divorce a vinculo matrimonii «n behalf of Edward G. Tapp against Velma] I. M. Tapp upon the grounds of desertion. • i •
And, it appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that Velhta I. M. Tapp, the above named defendant, is not a resident of this State, and that her last known post office address is Alexander, West Virginia, it is therefore ORDERED that the said Velma I. M. Tapp do appear within ten days after the due publication of this ORDER, in the Clerk’s Office of our said Circuit Court, and do what is necessary to protect hhr interest. • j
