Lucio Kilby made a thoughtful suggestion the other day when iri conversation we mentioned the . stocking of county streams. He suggested that there be a jclosed day “fishing-for-children-jo n 1 y day” in which the grown up* would bow out to the yoiungerj enthusiastics. Many boys, and girls too; love to fish, but are often crowded, and bullied from their choice of fishing spots by the: older fishermen. We wonder if this idea . appeals to you and how the day could be established. -j
