CHURCH SERVICES
The Washington Baptist Sunday School is again on the rise in attendance and the worship hour is also well attended. Last Sunday the singing was unusually good s and the choir was excellent. " Rev. G. An afternoon wedding Friday, February 11, united in marriage Miss Lena Mae (|Lee) Green, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles M. M. Green of Amissville; and David Darius Miller, Jr., son of ,Mr. and Mrs. David D. Miller of Washington. - - The Rev. H. G. Thatch performed the ceremony at ‘3 :00 pan. at the Amissville Methodist Church. The sanctuary was decorated with palms and arrangements of white gladioli. Candelbra holding . burning white tapers flanked the alter. .
