In these types of arrangements where the tenant acquires the right to use the land for a certain period of time, the tenant and , not J.c farm owner is a selfemploy.d farm operator and the tenant’s net income, if as much as $400 must be reported for social security purposes. The social security tax report for 1955 will be made in the early part of l956 when the individual files his annual income tax return.
