With 22 years of banking experience behind him, C. J. Millers of Washington has accepted the position of'cashier of the Rappahannock National Bank. Mr. Miller was previously associated with Rappahannock National from 1925 through 1947.
A native of Rappahannock County, Mr. Miller is known as a prominent farmer of this area. He is also treasurer of the Rappahannock Home Mutual Fire Insurance Company. Mr. Miller will begin his work the. first of March.
