Mrs. Emma Rosengarten is receiving congratulations from her friends on becoming a naturalized American citizen, July 11. She was one in a group of abot twenty who * took the oath of allegiance before Judge Paul at Charlottesville. Coming to this country from Berlin, G^jmany in October, 1949, Mrs. Rosengarten has made her * home with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mxs- Randolph. Poster.
