The Commonwealth vs. Jimmy Grigsby and Russell Thomas Hane?; charged with disturbing the peace at Bel Aire Restaurant; fined $25 and costs and sentenced to 30 days in jail. The jail sentence was suspended on payment of the iine and costs and on condition of good behavior for 12 months. The 2 men were also ordered not to go on or loaf near the property of Bel Aire for a like period. Thomas Ashby Priest and Charles Turner Haynes were fined $10 and costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail for a like charge. They were also given suspended sentences and put on probation for 12 months. Thomas Raymond Stringfellow and Oscar Lee Stringfellow, .also charged with disturbing the peace at Bel Aire, pled guilty and the court gave them consideration.
