Circuit Court convened in the county court house Monday morning, July 11? with Judge Rayner V. Snead presiding.
Earl E. Schaeffer, attorney at law of Arlington, was admitted to practice in this court. Tastham Waller Dudley of Alexander was also admitted to practice in this court.
The following cases, appealed from Trial Justice Court, were continued over to the next term of court to convene the second Monday in November: (September is the vacation term of this court).
(1) the Commonwealth against Nelson Jenkins; (2) the Commonwealth against Lawrence Starks; and (3) the Commonwealth against Finton Douglas Somprville. ■ 1
