Magruder Keyser, son of, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Keyser of Williamsburg, and grandson of Mrs. • W. L. Keyser of Tiger Valley, _ has completed his requirements for a Bachelor of Science Degree and a commission as Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. - He is now at home awaiting orders for post position.
