Wood Sisk Injured
In Tragic Fire
Near Baltimore *
Wood M. Sisk, brother of Mrs. Carson Anderson of Washington, was numbered among the injured at the fire that brought a tragic halt to the Oyster Supper ii Brooklyn Patk Sunday night,.
Mr. Sisk’s brother-in-law^ Veirxn Fell, also attending the supper sponsored by St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, escaped unhurt). Missing Sis, Mr. Fell hurried back into the flaming building and found him partly unconcious, bejing knocked to the floor by the terrified crowd. With pluck aid no little luck, Mr. Fell dragged Sisk to the window and pushed him through to safety of fhejoutdoors.
After being treated Sunday night at the hospital, Mr. Sisk returned to his home.
Mrs. Ahderson, who talked to her brother, by phone," Monday, said he was recovering satisfactorily. Though the newspapers at last report say that there were 10 covered with blankets, and has of more unaccounted for, in addition to the 227 injured.
