The following committee was appointed to approve the County budget: James M. Settle, Clerk of the Court; Mrs. R. L. Massie, Commissioner of the Revenue; J. W. Price, Commonwealth Attorney; R. L. Brown, County Treasurer; and C. J. Miller, Jr., citiren. Miss Ruth Stevens, assisted by B. B, Mitchell, will draw up the budget. '■
A motion was made and carried to abolish the finance board and have the board of supervisors do this work. •
