Raymond Johnson, Chief Forest Warden of Rappahannock County attended the Chief Forest Warden’s meeting which was held in Charlottesville on January 27th. The meeting is held annually, and includes all Division of Forestry . personnel, in the sixteen-county Northern Piedmont District. S Problems in forest management, reforestation, fire prevention, fire detection, and fire control were discussed, and ideas were presented to improve various forestry techniques throughout the district. District Forester D. G. Wilfong. Jr. was in charge of the meeting.
