Five new members was added to the growing list of names. i Prayer was offered by the Chaplin, Albert Wines after which the minutes of the last meeting were read by Ira Williams.
The Association had as their guest, Mr. Hickman of Rappahonnock County? Mr. Hickman gave a very informative talk on several matters that the Association is interested.
The graveyard committee reported some additional funds had been added to their treasurery. They are going to sponsor a shooting match in hope that the remaining funds will be raised to complete the work on the graveyard.
Mrs. Bradley Williams was elected to be responsible for raising funds and to be in charge of all entertainment. She appointed as her immediate helpers, Mrs. Pearl Mills, Mrs. Phyllis Morris, and Mrs. Minnie Williams. They are going to sponsor a Halloween Program for the benefit of the community building fund. All proceeds will go into this fund.
