Andrew J. Steele and wife of Falls Church, Va. purchased a 94 acre tract of land from Phillip T. Oriel. This property is known as the “H. B. Spicer Land” and is located near Castleton.
Marvin Clark and wife Culpeper, Va. purchased 34 acres (known as the “Ed Cooksey Place” at Scrabble, Va., from the children of the late Essie Updike.
