Clair' Street, .Rochester 11, New York; James W. Fletcher, Trustee, of Sperryville, Rappahannock Co., Virginia; James Williams, of Cutleton, Rappahannock County, Virginia; and any unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in title, if any such there be, and/or ununknown parties having an interest in the lands of George Dewey Noakes, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendent as parties unthat they are unknown.

It is ordered that said non-resident defendants, namely: Butt Terrill, Geraldine Terrill Wara, Dora Terrill, Mary Louise Terrill, Susie Terrill Williams, Butt Terrill, GeorgeTerrill, and Albert Rector, and the said peisons made aefendent by the general description of the “parties unknown” do apknown.

The object of this suit is to effect a partition amongst the owners by sale or otherwise of real property situate, lying and beinp in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 7 acres, more or less, of which George Dewey Noakes diea siezed and possessed.

And an affidavit having been made and filed that Baail Terrill, Geraldine Terrill Ward, and Dora Terrill are not residents of the State of Virginia} their last known post office adress being 128 Penn Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio; that Mary Louise Terrill is not a resident of the State of Virginia, her lut known post office address being 676 Eagle Street, Buffalo, New York; that Susie Terrill Williams
