Usually the schooling allowance checks for any one month are mailed out so as to arrive on the 20th of the following month. A check of the calendars of Virginia’s colleo^c noth the heaviest veteran enrollment shows that December 15, will h* first day of the Christri'.s holidays. The VA has arranged. f^r the allowance checks to be mailed out from Richmond on the 13th, so, that students departing for home after classes on the 14th will not leave, emptyhanded.
