Wasn’t that a terrible storm we had Saturday? We had been home just a few minutes from Richmond when
: seemed all hades broke loose, but in Culpeper yesterday they to d me the storm they had Sunday was the worst they had ever seen, hail as large as a golf ball. We had some hail, but nothing like that.
Talking to Gordon Fishback in. Warrenton this morning he said he won three blue ribbons and reserve champion with his new horse “This Is It”, and lost the grand champion by one-half point at the Burke, Va. horse show Saturday.;
Mary Lea returned home from Richmond this morning, but really she is still in Richmond with T.C. Sally and Elizabeth Page, her new granddaughter. Mary was so cute, she calljed us about 6 a.m. Monday to tell Us the happy news—yes we were uj>!
It wias sad news the members of Trinity Church heard over the weekend. Bill and Jackie Parrish with their family will leave us in June. They will be greatly missed.
