ORDER OF PUBLICATION
We, the undersigned, T. E. Frank, Chaiman, and James W. Fletcher, Secretary, of the Legislative District Committee for the Counties of Fauquier and Rappahannock hereby certify that the foregbing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by it at a meeting of said committee held at Warrenton, Fauquier County, Virginia, on the 21st day of March, 1961: “Resolved that the nomihation of the candidate of the Democratic Party for the office of member of the House of Delegates of Virginia from the Counties of Fauquier and Rappahannock, to be voted on in the general election to be held in said legislative district on November 7, 1961, shall be by direct primary method and that a primary for the nomination of said Democratic candidate for said office shall be held on July 11, 1961, pursuant to the provisions of the State Primary Laws and that all candidates for said office shall file their declaration of candidacy with T. E. Frank, Chairman of the Democratic Legislative District Committee for the Counties of Fauqueir and , Rappahannock, at Warrenton, Virginia, at least 90 days before said primary to be held on July 11. 1961, and that if not more than one candidate files for said position, he be declared the Democratic nominee of the party for the House of Delegates of Virginia from the aforesaid districts.”
