The annual Weight Rally will be held at Promise Land Baptist Church, Smedley on Sunday, August 27. Rev. L. C. Childs is pastor.
Everyone is,invited to hear the sermon at 11:45 a.m.. by Rev. E. Hembrey, pastor Temple Baptist Church, Washington, D. C. Music will be by the Junior Choir of Promise Land Church. In the afternoon there will be prayer meeting and a service at 3 p.m.
There will be a social at the home of Mrs, Lucy Childs, Boston, on Saturday, August 26 at 6 o’clock EST. Everyone is invited.
