Mr. Gore said that payments in the form of sight drafts have been issued to Rappahannock fanners in the amount of $13,435.00. When final payments are made there will be a total of around .$26,870.00 in farmers hands as a 'result of diverting 20% or more of their com and grain sorghum acreage from the average acreage produced in 1959 and 1960. Final payments are made as soon as it has been determined that a farm is in full oomplianee with die diverted acreage agreement.
