Mrs. Susie Brown
Mrs. Susie Sealock Brown of Sperfyville, wife of (jeorge W. Brown, died Saturday, August 19, in a Staunton hospital. Daughter of the late Harvey Sealock and Alcinda Pullen Sealock, and a native of Rappahannock County, die was 76.
Besides her husband, a retired rural mail carrier, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Harry Smith of Washington, D. C.; one granddaughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Gossotn of Falls Church and two great grand-children; one sister, Mrs. Katherine Ridgeway of Silver Hill, Md.; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside funeral service was held Monday, August 21, from Sperrvville Cejnetery. Her pastor, the Rev. William A. Jester of Sperryville Methodist Church, conducted the last jites.
Pallbearers were Jerry Gossom, Donnie Brown, F. D.- Coffey, Dick Palmer, Clyde Atkins, and Harry Smith.
