Caliborne H. Johnson, Jr. of Dallas, Texas was charged with , failure to yield right of way when the 1957 Plymount station wagon ’ owned by his father, struck a 1960 Ford sedan driven by Wallace Lewis Judd of Amissville. According to Trooped John Lowman, there were no injuries and proper- * ty damage was estimated at $1,300.
