against William Brundrett, Defendant
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the respondent on the grounds of wilful desertion for a period of more than one year prior to the institution of this suit.
And an affidavit having been made a: d filed that the defendant William Brundrett is not a resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that William Bruindrett do appear wihin ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect his interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in he Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the county of Rappahannock, that a 'copy be posted at the front door of he Courthouse of this County on or before the 5th day of October, 1961, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein, a x! file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
