Scout Pen Sale
The Boy Scout Troop of Sperryville is selling ball point pen sets for $1.00. Proceeds from the sale of pens will go to Camp Rock Enon, Gore, Va. where local scout attend summer camp. The Scouts express their appreciation to those who have purchased pens. Anyone wishing to buy pens may contact a member of the Scout Troop.
Basketball Games

Rappahannock girls basketball team will play Clarke County on Friday, February 9 at 7:30 p.m. on the Rappahannock court. Admission is 25 and 40 cents.
Tuesday afternoon February 13 the Pantherettes will return the game at Clarke County at 4 p.m. in the afternoon.
Rappahannock and Warrem Co. girls will have a game at Warren County High School on Thursday, February 15. Game time 7:30 p.m.
Friday night the bcrys and JV will play at James Wood.
Hikers To Take To
The Hills Sunday
Get your walking stick and be at Sperryville School Sunday at 1:30 p.m. for a hike. Raymond Johnson, leader of the Rappahannock Hiking Club, invites anyone who wishes to join the group for a hike. This is the first group hike this year and will not be too loog, sort of a limbering up for others to come.
