Miss Carolyn Turner of Lynchburg College spent. the weekend with her mother Mrs. L. J. Turner. Also guests of Mrs. Turner for the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. B. N. Eubank who were enroute from New York to their home in Roanoke.
Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Lea' Jr. and family of Richmond spent the weekend as the guests of Mrs. T. C. Lea.
Wade H. Massie Jr. left last week for a vacation in Sarasota, Ela. He reports that the weather is chilly and as yet not good for fishing.
