Mrs. W. R. Williamson announces the opening of Oak Forest Gardens and the introduction of The Herb Garden, an interesting and unusual plant and garden plan business which she will conduct from her home in Woodville.
Mrs. Williamson said, “This introduction of the herb garden is primarily for beginners; the person who says he likes to grow and use herbs, but doesn’t know where to start.” She added, “If you are growing them already you know the delight of their spicy fragrance and the exciting new flavors that fresh herbs give food. If you are not growing them, a fascinating experience awaits you.”
Plants will be ready May 1. She will also have many flower plants for sale which can furnish you lovely colon for your house and garden from June ’til frost.
Mrs. Williamson is well known in this area for her beautiful flowers and her intense interest in landscaping. She has been an outstanding member of Rappahannock' Garden Club for many years. '
