1. Courses that may be later applied to degree programs in a college. A student may complete two years of an engineering program or one full year in other areas of study which may be transferred to another college for completion of the program.
2. Commercial courses. This would probably be what is termed a terminal course, that is, the course would be complete in itself and a student would be awarded a certificate oi\ completion of the course.
3. Basic non-credit courses. These courses will be designed to strengthen a student in a particular area such as Math or English, thus making it possible for him to do college level work or do a better job for his employer or just to continue a program of enriching his mind.
