Some of the little know and much abused and ignored ordinances of the Town of Washington should be brought to the minds of the public. . Section 53. Discharging Firearms. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to fire any gun, pistol or other firearm within the limits of the Town of Washington unless the firing of same shall be justified by law.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly fire or explode, or cause to be fired or exploded, within the corporated limits of the Town of Washington, any explosive compound, substance or material, whether or not the same be contained in any weapon, instrument, or device, unless auth: orized so to do by law; provided, however, that any person or person who shall aid or abet in any manner the violation of arty provision of this section shall be deemed to be a principal and upon conviction, shall be punished as hereinafter provided.
