Safety Instructor
C. E. Brown has been appointed a certified Hunter Safety Instructor, it was announced today by the National Rifle Association of America.
The r.ew top ranked instructor passed a specified series of tests and served a prescribed period of rime in training activities before receiving certification. He is now qualified to conduct classes in gun operation, safe gun-handling, and techniques of shooting on the target range and in the field to all interested members of his community.
Mr. Brown joins the ranks of selected personnel which the NRA maintains throughout the contry in a nation-wide smallarms education program. The program has been in operation since 1876k.
