Mist Belle Strother of Salem aird Miss Dorothy Reeder of j Maryland spent the weekend at Lee Highway Hotel and visited; friends and relatives in this vicinity.

Mr. and Mrs. Reid Payne of Wuntly were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Payne.

Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller entertained Mrs. J. W. Critzer at a birthday dinner Sunday at Sky| line Terrace in Front Royal.

Mr. and Mrs. Leo Wood and C. were the guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Stant Weaver. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Thornhill of Boston entertained at a birthday dinner Thursday honoring Mrs. Weaver.
