and thirty—and sometimes forty or more—young hopefuls were adjusted and as busy as bees. For over fifty, years “Miss Della” kept her youthful spirit and her intense love of teaching little boys and girls to read, write and to figure. She did it surpassingly well.
We regret to say, for the last time, as many of her children did at the closing of the school day— “Good bye, ‘Miss Della.”
