Capt. Wiener Resigns
From Civil Defense
Capt. William Wiener, who has recently moved to Charlottesville, has resigned as Coordinator of Civil Defense for Rappahannock County. Capt. Wiener had done an excellent job of executing his duties in that position. He has kept up to date On Civil Defense arid was especially good in keeping the public informed.
T. C. Lea, Jr. has been appointed to fill this position.
