Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson and grandchildren, Joanne and Tommy Johnson, were guests for supper Friday of Misses Lillie and Nellie Johnson. •Mrs. Charlie Settle entertained Sunday with a picnic lunch in honor of the birthday of her daughter Edna. About thirty friends and relatives were present.
Mrs. P. C. Elkins and her two daughters and Mr. and Mrs. Jackie Smoot, all of Tabb were Sunday visitors of Mrs. Will Butler.

Thursday, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur 'Hitt and family spent the day in Charlottesville. Sunday evening they were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Weakley and family at Mitchells.
