And also to determine the ownership of certain personal property now located in Lot # 10. An affidavit having been made and filed that Presto J. Elkins, Hagood E. E. Elkins and Herman Elkins are non-residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the said non-resident defendants, namely: Preston J. Elkins, Hagood E. Elkina and HermanEUdna, do appea within ten days after due publication of this Order and do what is necessary to protect their interest.
