•Definition of Term* j_X. Adniaietrator: The officer charged with the enforcement of this Ordinance. The Administrator may be any appointed or elected officer who has been designated to the position by the Board of Supervisors by formal resolution. 1-2. Building: Any fixed or movable structure having a roof supported by columns or wallte for the housing or enclosure of persons, animals or chattels, including mobile home*. 1-3. Building Main: A building in which is conducted the principal use of the lot on which it is located. In any residential or agricultural district, any dwelling shall be deemed to be the main building on bhe lot on which the dwelling is located. 1-4. Structure: Anything constructed or erected, the use of which requires permanent location on the ground or attachment to something having a permanent location on the ground. This term shall include advertising signs and billboards.
