Richmond, Va., June 28— The Virginia Farm Bureau Federation Board of Directors meeting here today adopted the following statement of policy concerning the recent Supreme Court decision concerning the offering of prayer in public schools'.

The incorporatoin of JudeoChristian principles into the basic documents under which we came into being as a nation of free peo^ pie and by which we are governed i was the most progressive, far- j reaching and constructive action ever taken in the devising and creations of the institutions by which men have been governed since the beginning of time. i

Our firm insistance upon adher-J ence to these principles :n both j governmental and non-govern-1 mental affairs has brought untold | benefits and blessings to believers] and non-believers, irrespective ofj ^race, color, creed or religious af- ( filiations. 1 The application of Judeo-Christian principles stands as an ever present and the only effective bulwark in protecting the rights of minorities against the will of majorities. ~ 1
